Delivery takes place within the European Union.

Within Germany we calculate the shipping and packaging costs with 5.99€ per order. From anorder value of 150€ we deliver packageable orders within Germany and in Zone 1 free of shipping costs.

If import duties, such as customs duties, import sales tax or customs clearance fees are incurred in your country of destination, these are borne exclusively by the buyer.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 working days after receipt of payment. Please note that there is no delivery on weekends and public
holidays. If you have ordered items with different deliverytimes, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
If you wish to pick up your vehicle yourself, please contact us by e-mail or by telephone at (02405) 6039810 to arrange a pick-up appointment. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
If you have not received your order within 7 working days of payment, please contact us by e-mail, quoting your order number and payment information. Please also note that we do not process orders on weekends and public holidays.
Terms of payment
You have the following payment options:
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Payment via PayPal
- Cash payment (on pick up)
- Karta kredytowa
You will receive our bank details by e-mail in the confirmation of receipt. If you pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal page to make the payment. If, contrary to expectations, this does not work, you can also make the PayPal payment manually. You will also find the address for our PayPal account in the confirmation of receipt.
